About the Speaker
Dr. Evangelia Baralou
Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies
Dr. Baralou is a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the Open University in the UK and visiting faculty at Alba Graduate Business School. The courses she teaches include Leading and Managing Change, Organisational Learning, Managing People, HR Management, Business Intelligence, International Business, and Writing and Presentation Skills. Her research interests focus on knowledge creation through virtual reality and the use of games for organisational learning. She has participated as a principal investigator or academic lead in various European-funded projects related to the use of virtual reality in organisational learning, staff selection, training, and development.
